Life in the cities is so fast that we are left out of time to rest ourselves. A large number of things occupy our attention; therefore we are trying to participate in life more actively. One of those possibilities is to identify and develop talents. If someone is good in football; there are playgrounds for training it, if someone swims fast; there are pools for developing that speed. Also if someone likes to paint; there are Academies where can students build up their talents. The cities have all this in their infrastructure. But, talent is needed for a very unusual discipline that involves simply drawing on the city walls and buildings. Paintings on the walls are called graffiti.
